We had been looking for a home for quite some time (we were very specific in what we were looking for) and had contact with a couple of realtors. We went to see one of Francis' listings and although that one didn't suit us he asked if we were working with another realtor and if not, would we like him to help us. We gave him some detaials of what we were looking for and from then on it was so much easier. He only showed us homes that suited our needs and requirements. He actually made the process 'fun'! It took a couple of months to find "exactly" what we wanted, but we could always depend on him and never felt rushed to buy something. As a director of a fast paced machine shop I had found it difficult to find a realtor I could rely on for my needs personally and professionally. Francis met both requirements head on, he was there when I called, had answers to questions needing them, and all in a very comfortable way. While I was on holiday in Australia he finalised the purchase of my current house and completed the selling of my old property while I was in the US on business. Francis was our realtor when we purchased our home June, 2010. He made the huge decision of buying a home feel very relaxed, simple and easy. He told us that we would look at as many places as it took to find what we needed. We gave Francis a list of neighbourhoods and from that point we just trusted his knowledge. He took the time to research exactly what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable with him and there was never any pressure to buy a certain house.
